Wendy Kirby is passionate about helping seniors and their families. She is a Certified Medical Representative, A Certified Senior Advisor, and a Certified Hospital Readmission Reduction Partner.

She believes that families greatly benefit from professional guidance as they are faced with finding the right senior living community. Wendy really stumbled upon this entire field quite by accident. As she researched the Senior Living Industry, she became fascinated by how much there is to know and about how families can benefit from having information in advance – before they are faced with a crisis.

Wendy has her Master’s in International Business (U of M, Coral Gables, FL). She is a Certified Medical Representative (CMR Institute in Roanoke, VA) and she is a Certified Senior Advisor (CMR Institute, Denver, CO). Wendy speaks fluent English, French, and Spanish. She has lived and worked in South Florida for her entire adult life. She knows the culture and the community which she serves. With her caring and thoughtful demeanor and her methodical approach, Wendy helps families discover options available to them – expeditiously – but with caring and compassion.

After a long and fruitful career in the pharmaceutical industry, Wendy became interested in the Senior Living arena, while researching the market for work. The more she learned, the more fascinated she became. The changing continuum of care and the vast array of Senior Living Options is largely unknown and unfamiliar to families. Many people think that nursing homes are the only option available to them. People may not understand Assisted Living. Still others underestimate the value of socializing and community support (at any age). Wendy enjoys helping families navigate the options that may be available to them. Finding the right living option can offer comfort, stability, and peace of mind to the entire family.
